Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mrz99 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Account Registration and Security

Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (NID) or passport.
• A valid, actively monitored email address that belongs exclusively to you.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay verification purposes).

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform's content without our express written consent.

The mrz99 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of mrz99. Unauthorized use of these marks in any commercial context is strictly forbidden and may constitute an infringement actionable under law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mrz99, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if mrz99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

mrz99 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, network connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. In such cases, mrz99 shall not be held responsible for any losses, missed gaming opportunities, or failed transactions that occur as a direct result of such unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

mrz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which mrz99 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to mrz99's customer support team for informal resolution.
